The oil needs time to bind to the wax and strengthen, which in turn makes them smell significantly stronger! Curing takes at least 2 weeks post-production, but most wax ships pre-cured! However since many of them are made fresh and sell fast, many customers opt to wait 1-2 weeks before melting a product once they receive it… just in case! Don’t worry, you can still open and sniff in the meantime!
